Yesterday dropped to 142.2 and today said 141.2 but I didn’t eat dinner and woke up drenched in sweat probably - because I forgot to put on an estrogen patch after my shower -so I’ll record yesterday’s weight and hope that today’s weight holds. A friend and I are going to have a steak drenched in butter with all the trimmings dinner sometime this week so this may be temporary. I know there is very little chance of my eating 3500 calories even if we have dessert but it still “feels” like I’m going to pack on pounds when I eat like that. Anyway, I’ve been hungry lately and can’t find anything I really want to eat so it’s time for a blowout meal.
