I’ve cut my calories down to 1200-1300 the past few days and it seems to be working!

I try and keep my calories to 1500...and that's tough! I hate feeling hungry.

I am doing 1000 calories a day. And fasting 14 hours. Feeling great. Walking 3-4 miles a day. I am afraid to get on the scales. Waiting til end of September. Good luck on losing the weight.

Abby202 why are you making me feel bad because I struggle eating 1500 calories a day? I felt you criticized my meal plans by not eating enough protein. I guess no more comments from me. I guess I'm alone in my weight loss.
