Oh my gosh! You have no idea how much your comment means to me. I have been on this weight loss journey for far too long and some weeks are better than others. I sooooo have been wanting to give up especially when I see this much weight gain in a short period of time. It's easy to feel defeated and discouraged! So, thank you for taking the time out of your day to encourage me.
