I have yet to make the time to join the gym! What will it take for me to get off my butt and do it??? I'm not sure.
On a positive note - I saw a reflection of myself walking and thought, "she's not too bad looking", then realized it was me! Then again, this morning, I walked into my office, saw a side profile of my body and was very impressed with me! I love the progress, I love the change, I love the difference in my energy levels. However, I feel like I have a long way to go still. I'm still so close to 200lbs - and want to ensure I don't turn back again. These past four months seem relatively easy; I hope the next four are the same.
