Been feeling really tired lately so ive listened to my body and just relaxed. I feel like I've been lazy and ignoring my promises to myself of working out each day. I skipped a workout yesterday but one rest day is good for recovery but prior to that I had mandatory 5 days off no working out and today I was unmotivated and kept hitting snooze on the alarm until it was time to leave for work.. I need to get my motivation back and workout after work tonight. no excuses! I saw a post her on FS "you can't get the ass you want by sitting on it" #truth #getbackonmygrind #keepitup
