I've been maintaining, unintentionally for the past weeks. I haven't gone up, and when I go down, I get back to 140. I'm hoping I lose at least 1 pound this sunday because I'm starting to get frustrated. I know I should be happy cuz I'm not gaining but I don't look my best either. I haven't had the motivation to get back to working out, and I feel like I'm eating way too much but I'm not gaining so maybe I'm eating enough to maintain. I also haven't been super focused on my diet. I'm this close...Just 5 pounds left. I was hoping I'd lose it before thanksgiving as well.
