Got rid of the nuts cause I can't keep from grazing on them all day. So down a pound and a half. Yay!! My momma is better and staying by herself right now. Mother in Law losing ground but hanging in there. Good days and bad. Hope all y'all are doing good and looking forward to Thanksgiving. Our gathering will be smaller this year, just my son and his family MIL and hubby. Darn Covid!!
