lots of changes due to covid again and I find myself eating more and working out less... I need to find my motivation!! I haven't updated in awhile but it hurts seeing that 10lb gain

I think many of us out in the same boat as you. I bought an elliptical and put it smack in the living room so no one could miss it or forget to move everyday.
