Bird Fancier's Dagbog, 16 nov 20

A new week! Keep on keepin on. I would like to be done with the 250's by the end of the month. It may be a crazy goal, but it's my hope. It will take a lot of work to stay on course. Last week was a soup week, but all that salt was not nice to me. Back to the salads, which I love. And ofcourse, fish! I need to make a trip into town for groceries...my kale and bok choi are still to small to pick. But, I have alot of eggplant coming on. I will buy some lamb and cucumbers too.
