The summer 🌼☀️season is crazy to manoeuvre around- all the (COVID appropriate) summer brunches, birthdays and small family events. 🐝 it’s so hard to stay disciplined. 🧘🏾♀️The only way to counter small bad decisions is a huge better one. Like a 3-day fast after my last meal on Sunday. It’s sooooo hard at times I want to cry😢. What keeps me going is all the NSV 🧗🏾♀️and my upcoming birthday ( I want to glow up)💃🏾🥂 Wish me discipline and perseverance, just as I wish you🌺
