I am going to have to work today. I hope that I will come home and excercise. I am a substitute teacher. The High School Students drive me to eat. LOL
I hope to see less of you guys tomarrow. I have to say that I seem more organized than normal. I have really cooked right and been more active this week. I am seeing small changes in my body also. I just feel lighter. I am prepared today for lunch. I am excited about my weight and being able to see it go down on this site.
I am going to eat more today. I think I am not eating enough. I am excercising but not eating enough. I will add some more fruits and vegetables to my diet.
