With what exercise I did today, I have broken even on a calorie in versus out basis. I’m happy though because , after having been on a diet for eighteen months , I’m deserve a break even day. My daughter and I had pasta made from preserved sardines . I’m an ethnic who pickles everything. You have to be brave to preserve fish.
79,1 kg Indtil videre tabt: 7,3 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 4,1 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

If I wasn’t a vegetarian I’d probably try pickled sardine pasta. I used to love sardines with lots of lemon 🍋 juice and pepper.
