I am changing my weight but it has been forever since I've been on the sight. I lost my weight using a different meal plan called Eat Right 4 Your Type - the blood type diet. Ive had extremely great luck in loosing weight with this program. Not everyone seem to have this advantage or it's slow to start. I have done this eating plan twice. In 2003 and 2017. I know this is the way for me to stay healthly, ward off sinus issues and enjoy the way I feel from this eating plan.
