I just did a 24Dance class and though my face and body are STILL red, it was actually much more fun than the yoga class and the elliptical (well, anything's more fun than an elliptical).
It was about an hour and five minutes long (including cool down stretch) and I didn't feel dizzy or light-headed. My outer shins were killing me, though, because I didn't have time to stretch properly beforehand.
The new shoes I got this weekend (Sketchers Lite) are GREAT though. Lots of support and quite eye-catching, too.
I felt like a bit of a hippo next to the others, but I was proud I managed to survive the entire class.
