Just when I thought I wouldn't lose weight from yesterday because I had snacked more on french fries and Pea Snaps than I logged, I still lost 2 LBS! I weighed 215 yesterday, but the app wouldn't save it. Could it be from not drinking alcohol and eating more fruits and vegetables (snacking apples & salads for lunch)?
