I seem to have a pattern. I lose quite suddenly, and then stay the same for a week. Realizing this has stopped me panicking about the little up and down blips. I lose, I stabilize, I lose again. Overall, I'm losing at least 1kg a week, which seems sustainable. Anyone else notice a similar pattern?

So relate.. I loose Wed to Sat and then "gain" or stay the same Sun to Tues.. Needless to say my weigh in day is now officially a Friday 😂

I would also panic on a Monday but over a few weeks this pattern has been exactly the same.. I find it super interesting

Swear it works.. 😂 I weigh every day anyway but more to see how foods and calories are affecting me. I am "up" this morning but I know by Wed will see a small loss and by Fri/Sat a good one.
