🙄 amazing what a little perseverance will do. Have to admit it’s hard not to cheat, and I’m not even at the hard part of this yet ( the changing out of foods). The big success for me is like saving, a little discomfort now will most definitely have benefits and pay out later. 👍🏻👍🏻
