Steady over the weekend, which is not too surprising. We had guests here and held a big BBQ over the weekend. I was pretty good with the diet, but did have a few things that are definitely not on the list. I also started phase 2 last week, feel like I don't really have the rhythm to that phase yet. It's not clear to me when or how much I can/should add in things like berries, bread, or other carbs. I know people say "one at a time" and "gradually," but what does that really mean in a given day? Anyway, I'm working on figuring that out.
I met with my physical trainer and we created a more intensive workout schedule for me. Today's my first day to get started on that, so I hope to see some progress this week.
