Steady over the weekend, which is not too surprising. We had guests here and held a big BBQ over the weekend. I was pretty good with the diet, but did have a few things that are definitely not on the list. I also started phase 2 last week, feel like I don't really have the rhythm to that phase yet. It's not clear to me when or how much I can/should add in things like berries, bread, or other carbs. I know people say "one at a time" and "gradually," but what does that really mean in a given day? Anyway, I'm working on figuring that out.

I met with my physical trainer and we created a more intensive workout schedule for me. Today's my first day to get started on that, so I hope to see some progress this week.

Everybody's different about how much to add and how often. I suggest trying just one peice of fruit a day OR one serving of carbs a day for a week, and seeing what that does do your weight loss. If you're still losing, try another serving. If you're not, cut back or switch from fruit to grains or vice versa. Everybody processes carbs and sugars differently, you just have to figure out which ones you can and can't have.
