My official 6 month weigh in. Going to do one last weigh in on Monday as a 'New Year staring weight'. Next goal will be a body fat percentage rather than a weight, 12-15%. The scale isnt going to matter much any more for this phase, so my weigh-ins will probably be stretched out to 14 days rather than 7 days.
New eating goals will be 30% carbs, 20% fats, 50% protein. All fat and protein sources will remain the same, but Brown Rice, sweet Potato, and whole grain breads and oats will be added in. 2700-3000 calories per day will be my starting point and we will see how it goes.
