I have become so lazy nowadays or for the last few months to be honest....I'm going really easy on my diet and not to forget almost zero workout. It's so frustrating and depressing. I have gained about 2 kgs in the last 4 months...I know it's not that much compared to the amount I lost last year, but it's still taking a toll on me. Whenever I try to come back on track, one thing or the other comes in between.....
I really need motivation friends....I'm still 8kgs far from my goal weight..😞
Also, I wanna know that have any of you ever tried those sauna belt things and does it really work? Like I have loose fat over my belly and thighs and nothing seems to work

suana belt and all won't work, as spot reduction is not possible . All those belts are big scam, do t try them .
And motivation only lasts few days .. Don't rely on motivation . It's only good to get started . Anyway just do some workout and keep healthy diet with good amount of deficit for 3-5 days ..you will get your result which helps you keep yourself motivated

i have myself gone thru the same situation. lost around 20 kgs but post march 2020 until march 2021 gained 10 kgs back, 0 motivation level, diet went for a toss....sad. but started calorie deficit and right diet since a month..already lost around 3 kgs...now i am motivated again. spending around 90 min in cardio and strength, shaping up back again. the only way to get your motivation back is by starting again..count your calories...that helps
