Only lost .1 this week. April hasn't been off to a good start. I've been busier than usual, so I haven't worked out consistently like I did last month. I'm getting used to waking up at 4:50 instead of 7:50.. so I have been extremely tired lately. I'm glad the scale still went down, but I need to get back to being more active moving forward. We are going to Vegas in June and I am hoping to lose about 20 more pounds by then.
