was doing ok. now wanted to try a west Indian restaurant near me...huh! peas and rice,oxtail and cabbage salad. oh well, gotta cheat sometime. have to do 37000 steps before end of month

oh yeh had a piece of cheese cake too as a treat....I figure as long as I dont gain,I am alright....did 4100 steps only in the rain....
