Wow, despite a pretty bad binge last week I guess this new mindset about it is still allowing me to make bigger drops, still less than I'm told I need in a week at this size, but still progress!

Work on the over eating issue but still take the drop. It all adds up and keeps that down arrow in play. Over eating is a CHOICE—
