everytime i get to the 53.7kg, the next day my weight goes back up again! atleast this time it`s only 400g and not a whole Kilo. but still very frustrating.
54,1 kg Indtil videre tabt: 21,9 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 1,1 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
