I hadn't done this in a while I was in a car accident I was on my bike and old lady ran a stop sign. she didn't get out of the car to see if I was alive or dead go figure. so I'm suing her insurance company. two broken metacarpals she fucked up my left shoulder and leg. this happen feb 12 .well I have very little pain now so I started jogging again since April 27 I do a mile a little more everyday since. my wieght went up to 232 now it's down to 218 .I have a kitten now I call the beast ha ha anyway will join my gym in June. yes I have a guardian angel. I was on my electric bike that is totaled. so I built another one and it's my dream machine. I did get down in the dumps but beer got me through it I'm not taking any opiates anyway I'm on the mend.
