I'm surprised I'm down, but I think part of it is losing the retained water from my wild weekend last week as well as bumping up cardio and lifting in these past few days. I'm also hooked on two new things: fat free french vanilla yogurt with mandarin oranges for breakfast, with a sweet potato and three tubes of reduced fat string cheese for lunch. Dinner is always up in the air!
