I'm excited and a bit surprised by the 2 pound loss today! Have had a very active week, working out pretty hard everyday, and it seems like that is having a big impact on my weight. I feel fortunate to be able to make time for myself like this right now. I'm down a total of 17 pounds, which is 1/2 way to my goal.

I'm starting to introduce more phase 2 foods into my diet, although in moderation. Today I had the kashi cereal, which is my first non-egg breakfast since April. :) So far so good! We are travelling this weekend, so I'll have to make some concerted effort to stay on the diet well. Wish me luck.

I'm impressed! Keep up the good work. I look forward to the day I make it to the half way point. Heck I look forward to getting out of phase one. Good luck on vacation. If you have to eat out a lot try restaurants that have weight watchers and south beach sections on their menus. A lot of little dinner type places do like; Fridays, Bennigans, Applebees, Ruby Tuesday's. So have fun and keep the scale sliding!
