I'm as impressed as you!
All I've done (except one meal a week) is cut out all grains, all sugar (honey, agave too), almost all processed foods, and keep fruits for the most part to small servings except for berries, and add healthy fats.
My sweeteners are erythritol and stevia. I didn't cut out Diet Coke (which has the questionable aspartame in it).
I don't really exercise because of a back issue. 40 years ago I was a runner.

11 more pounds and then I need to reevaluate. I haven't been under 200 pounds in 16 years. (Was 225 early this year and that was the last straw for me!)
