"Just Do It" Nike's slogan is such a powerful motivational slogan because by taking action we immerse ourself in life and make our dreams come true. Yesterday I upped my protein intake (thanks for the reminder Nelson) which helped sustain my hunger level. Tuesday through Thursday I arranged fun play dates for Mary while Brian and I work so she should be happy and taken care during her week off from the sixth grade. My exercise time remains protected. I went to the gym and burned 500 calories which gave me great energy and enabled me to change my weight from 150 to 149. I give myself a second weigh in because it is my little happy reward for doing the hard work at the gym which usually results in a lower number on the scale. I truly enjoy taking care of myself with exercise because my body and mind thanks me in so many wonderful ways. I believe action is key, but not to do things with resentment and guilt. "Just do it with Love" Doing it without Love is never as satisfying and you may feel resentment like you have cheated on yourself, lol! Enjoy your Tuesday TOWANDA!!!
