22 day weigh in as opposed to my 14 days over did it through the holidays got to 156lb🙈🙈needed to get back on track. Happy Sunday FS. Can't seem to get under the 150's again no matter what I do change or modify is where my body feels comfortable and functions at its best🤷♀️ next goal 130lbs someday no rush.
