Here is a sample menu for Green Plan to give you an idea. I ate this yesterday:

B: 1 rice cake, 7 almonds
S: Lite, 1 oz. cheese
L: CC PB&J, 1/4 cucumber, 1 oz. cheese
S: Lite, 15 grapes
D: McDonald Grilled Chic Caesar Salad, no dressing, ate only half the lettuce

Menu for today:

B: 8 oz. yogurt
S: Vanilla shake lite, 1/2 banana mixed in
L: Slimdown, small salad
S: Lite, 15 grapes
D: Grilled Shrimp (5 oz.), 1/2 c. broc/cauliflower mix
1 tbsp. diet margarine, 6 round melba toasts
ES: SF Jello, FF Cool Whip

Lots, Lots Water!
55,8 kg Indtil videre tabt: 0,9 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 3,6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
