All week up and down a little, so keeping steady. I've eaten closer to my 1300 calories this week BUT not in a good way. Candy, a giant muffin, too many servings of chips/snacks...Need to make more nutritious decisions.
Husband is on vacation next week which always makes it harder. We tend to go out to eat more. There's several farmer market's with food trucks happening. Will try to make decent choices. REALLY REALLY REALLY going to watch portion size and try to keep in mind even though something is DELICIOUS doesn't mean I need to stuff myself with it, I CAN take it home and have the next day!
Grandson has State baseball today/all weekend. I WILL avoid the high cal snacky foods that they'll be selling at the concession stands. Why do walking tacos taste so much better outside sitting in a folding chair? I could make at home and control the calories but never do...
