Hey ! Eat home made food preferably,cut off sugar,start with walking daily for physical activity later on you can start with exercising.Once you see results you’ll strive to do more.You are good to go. Don’t give up.

it's just 1 thing...people make it too complicated It's the lifestyle, it's not a thing of short term eat what your body want....and make sure you burn the food before you go to bed. (and remember you need the same amount of time to lose weight .the amount of time it took to gain weight,)

Hi, Plz stop using sugar.If you cannot stop using it .Replace it with jaggery.No to junk .Eat homemade food. Avoid oily food.And above all dont lose hope. Its a slow journey.The more you enjoy it more will be the outcome.

Start slowly, do normal walking at least 8000 steps. Moderate exercise everyday. Watch your calorie intake.

First of all don't take tension, it will work soon or after if you have determination and stick to the healthy way of living. you can try these things which worked on me :- 1. wake up early in the morning before 6am. 2. drink lukewarm water. 3. somedays you can do meditation for 10 mins, somedays yoga for 10 mins, somedays do light push ups squats or somedays you just walk with a happy mind. 4. eat healthy things in the breakfast which contains fibers in it like sprouts, fruit etc and to satisfy you craving eat one spoon of thing you like the most. 5. stay away from tea/coffee/coke in place of that you can drink detox water which is easy to make and takes 1-2 mins to prepare. 6.stay away from refined flour 7. in the evening you can follow the point 3 8. in the evening try spending your time with love ones like with family, pet or friends which will give you positive feelings 9. before sleeping just give 2 mins to yourself close your eyes and think about what you things you achieved today with just a small changes. 10. at last don't measure your weight daily, and remember weight is just a number first you have to be mentally fit then have to work on body if you or anyone follow above steps they will see the results in a good manner.

While doing so you shall have calories deficit and check your body weight when you get in the morning, I mean keep the weighing scale right next to your bed the moment you get up you shall see your weight that's the actual weight if your body. And there are amazing equipment available at Amazon at cheper prices at around 4-6k you can try getting them if you want. And drink water at your ease.

Hey@Kira3694 i saw your progress i know lossing weight is quite hard because we got distraction and as girl it's quite difficult to won over craving and all.
