I was expecting a loss on the scale today. Very low carbs yesterday. Too much fat? Not enough water? Too much at a sittng? Estimates off? I really want to be at or below my weight last week by tomorrow for my TOPS weigh-in. I will do my best today and trust God for He is in control.
