inaccurate waist measurement: 81.7 cm (seemingly down by .1)

I forgot to take the blood pressure reading before I got up so I laid down on the bed again for like 10 seconds and took this reading: 106/65 - 65 bpm

I managed to do some indoor cycling today and feel great as usual after doing it :)
59 kg Indtil videre tabt: 6,4 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 3 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
