Haven't been on the app because I refused to update my weight, it shot back up to 167 and became very disappointed in my constant fluctuations and my fleeing motivation. Makes me want to kick myself for ruining my progress when I had finally gotten under 140.. I would probably be at my goal weight by now had I just stuck with it and stayed consistent... Can't dwell on that though.. The past is in the past, no changing that, but we can always work on the future, gotta keep pushing. Life happens and we just gotta roll with it. It's a new day for progress let's get it!
