Felt really great this morning when I weighed in and found that I had lost two pounds. Only lost 1 pound a week, but am moving in the right direction at least!!!
Finally had the water weight off so this was a "dry" weight as evidenced by no edema in my feet or legs and by my daily weights at the same time.
What a wonderful way to start the morning!~ 2 pounds down! Two REAL pounds lost, not just water weight! Wearing my "new" jeans that were in the back of my closet that I bought and never got to wear because I outgrew them too fast! They are actually comfortable! Not too tight at all. Gives me a good feeling and puts me on a "high" for the day! FBS 117 though.
Slept well last night, minimal awakenings with a bit of knee pain, but did a lot of physical work yesterday so expected some joint and muscle pain.
