Working hard this week - on track. At the gym yesterday - did Jillian Michaels body shred. It was good - intense, always changing and only 30 minutes! Zumba tonite. Loving the smoothie breakfasts and meal in a jar lunch. No wheat before dinner. It seems to be working for me. Changing things up to work on my mid-section. Then it will be time to stop losing and start maintenance!!!
