Ok after a weekend away with amazing food and doughnuts! it's been 3 months since I started here. 1st month = 4kg lost, 2nd = 3, 3rd = 2.....now to get momentum back!
57,3 kg Indtil videre tabt: 9,2 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 4,3 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
