Took a little break for a week. I did not gain or lose any weight which is good. Been waist training for a week now and the difference is noticeable 🙂. I am back now, have 6kg to lose before end of the year
78 kg Indtil videre tabt: 15 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
