maybe this is a delayed gain from sundays chocolate:-). i only ate 1400cal yesterday even though I had the mini almond 'binge'. will keep sticking to my calories and see what happens tomorrow.

I think that's the best thing to do. There's little reason to believe this is fat given your exercise and overall calorie intake :)

Thanks happy 2014 and euheide! I had a scan this morning that also threw my eating plans out of whack but not stressing! Feel like I'm back already;-)
