Turns out I am pregnant everyone. A happy surprise. No wonder the scale was creeping up with water weight and a growing seed!! I haven’t felt like eating much since yesterday and it seems I dropped all the water weight!! Not sure if it’s safe to continue keto… but I do still wanna lose as much as I can atleast in the first trimester before baby starts eating with me. We will see though.
