1-2-3 NOTHINGS WRONG WITH ME!!!!!Successfully I have been drinking my morning coffee black "salute Bren" and by not adding any Splenda or sugar.
To drink more water I have been drinking hot water with green tea packets of crystal light, or propel powder packets during the day hours. During the evening I was experiencing very strong urges to find and eat sugar. I am beginning to understand the addictive pull that a lot of processed foods have on my body. Recently, I read somewhere that our bodies as they evolve learn to tolerate new foods that we put into our mouths such as faux sugars, sugar, caffein and other additives and perservatives that is in our food.
Normally one doesn't crave whole foods such as greens, fruit, legumes, meat and fish because we have been eating these for thousands of years. The newly introduced foods and alcohol presents a type of an allergic reaction in some people. Our blood lines react differently and harsher to substances as they try to process these things we put into our bodies. They may have an addictive pull like a poison that our bodies are adapting too. The addictive behavior surrounding this food is your body being confused thinking it is wanting more when in fact it is spiking with endorphines and other feel good chemicals throughout your body as it is trying to manage this food or drug that is reacting like a poison. Food for thought.
By the way yesterday evening was much better with my evening cravings with just one day of eliminating the packet.
I have a hand me down Ipod gifted to me by my daugthers boyfriend, today I did Angry Cardio and I liked it. I don't feel like a fighting dinosaur, I stepped it up lol!
