188.2 and 21.3% body fat. Didn,t make much progress this week, but i had a couple days where i was without many eating options and ate stuff i wouldn't normally. Fortunately, on the TSAP program from musclehack.com, the good days this week erased the bad ones. so i only lost half a pound of fat instead of 1.5 lbs. The program has options to implement when things slow. This week, I'll drop my carbs 10 more so that I'm at the lowest the plan allows. Calories will remain at 1,800 this week, just a different ration of protein, fat, and carbs. Did I mention that this is the best program ever? I sound like a salesman, but really, I'm just excited about a simple program that actually works and that I could live on, not some fad diet and hours of semi-useful cardio.
