sugar 95 Actually, I would put it between poorly and reasonably well. Still staying away from the junk food, just got to realize I can't eat the big meals anymore (like lasagna - 3x this week) and must start to exercise more (something every day). Still have to learn to balance the calories over the entire day. If I'm going to have dinner with high calories, then I have to shave some calories off from breakfast and lunch. Got to do a better job at keeping the total calories down. Here's something I learned on TV about Pop Corn. You can pop corn in a paper lunch bag in your microwave. If you want to keep the calories down to 120, then just put 3 tablespoons of corn in a paper lunch bag, fold the end over 3 times to keep the bag closed and pop in microwave like the store bought bags. The popcorn comes out great and you can season it to fit your needs. I used Kernel Season's Butter Spritzer to give it some flavor (no salt).
