I had the same struggle, it was like a curse! For me it was calorie counting and IF 15 :9 but never too restrictive because my body stops losing weight if I make long fastings and eat very low calories. And I do eat carbs daily, I eat everything within my calories for the day. I hope it helps you. 😁

I can relate ! I have been trying to get under 90 for weeks now and bouncing around between 91.5 and 93 so someone mentioned macros ... only now am I starting to see a difference but I really feel the cm loss more at the moment. I can even see it in the mirror.

Just keep up with that consistency :) focusing on it too much will make it near impossible. Also, I'm not 100% convinced cutting carbs is the most sustainable way of getting under 70. You've got this!

make sure youtr getting enough sleep. studies have shown that Inadequate sleep may hinder weight loss progress despite regular and frequent diet and exercise
