Goodness gracious!I lost 3.5 lbs this week, I'm so proud of myself. I knew I had to up my cardio to balance out my strength training to melt off this fat faster, but I hate cardio. I did some research on step aerobics (if I have to do cardio, step is the best for me) and I decided to get Kim Kardashian's "Fit into your jeans by friday" and I really really love it, Kim could use some cueing lessons, but it only took me the second time around to get it down. For those skepital about Kim as an instructor, let me just tell you that the actual instructor is Patrick Goudeau from FitTV, Kim's just the front chick, so don't let that discourage you from trying this out.I also started doing 30 day shred at the suggestion of another member and that is short but effective! I was totally stunned at my scale this morning. I usually weight myself three times in a row and take the 2 out of 3 number, but I weighed myself 5 times because I really could believe it. YEAH, GO ME!!!!!
