Hello! I've been away, using noom to kick-start my dieting. Now that I'm getting towards the maintenance stage I'll be back!
It's been a great few months. I dropped 14kg in 2 months, waist down from 38 to 32 inches and resting heart rate down from 70 to 58bpm. Brutally low calorific intake but I've been eating mainly veg, salads and chicken, no alcohol, daily weigh-ins, 3l of water a day.
Getting there. 7kg left to go!
