Phase 1 of P90X is done...two to go!

Finished the first phase at my highest weight in a while, but it feels like the usual Monday uptick from the weekend accumulation. The Omron is still showing a decent body fat estimate, and unless I'm kidding myself, I do think I see some new muscle mass in the mirror. So even if the weight gain isn't just temporary, it's probably not much fat, if any.

I really could cut out the little bit of just-before-bed snacking though. It's healthy food, but it is a few hundred extra calories I don't really need at that time....
