Hurt back 12/19, just prescribed steroids, but not before I started back at it. Low key, easy does it. Enjoy the small wins, be easy on myself, Consistency, JUST DO IT!!! Successful week @ 4x daily treadmill & water workouts. Upcoming week goal is 100% back at tracking calories. Each new day is one that could be a step to the end result. Happy New Year!
